2， 时态：一般现在时，一般过去时，现在完成时，过去完成时，一般将来时

3， 就近原则
There is a book and two pencils=There are two pencils and a book
那里有一本书和两支铅笔
4， be 动词可以用 be likely to ，remain，seem to be，happen to be， 等替换
There is likely to be a meeting 那里可能有一个会议。
5， 反义疑问句：
There is a book ，isn’t there 那里有一本书，是么？
6， 非谓语动词，there to be ，there being， there to be 表示未发生的动作， there being 表示存在的动作
