新京报讯 据新东城报消息，近日，东城区为前门文华东方酒店颁发东城区首张宾馆行业“一业一证”综合许可凭证，助力该酒店在中秋、国庆双节来临之际对外营业。
前门文华东方酒店是位于前门商圈的国际高端酒店，为东城区国际消费中心城市建设的重点项目。酒店属于开放式的胡同酒店，所有设施均散落在胡同内，且分布于42个全新改造的四合院中，经营场所的分散进一步加大了审批难度。
通过运用“一业一证”改革，东城区将区卫健委公共场所卫生许可、东城公安分局旅馆业特种行业许可、区消防支队公众聚集场所投入使用营业前消防安全检查、区市场监管局食品经营许可、市水务局城镇污水排入排水管网许可5项审批并联为“开设宾馆”办事场景，实现跨市区、跨部门多个事项的集成化办理，极大缩短了办理时间、精简了办理材料。
在酒店筹备之时，东城区政务和数据局第一时间组织天街集团、卫健委、市场监管局、公安分局、消防支队等部门召开“一业一证”工作对接会，为酒店工作人员细致讲解宾馆行业“一业一证”办理的相关政策和注意事项，并派专人多次前往酒店现场，指导协助企业完成线上填报。
