比如说经痛就是menstruation cramps.
比较普通的就是：period 例假
记得在大学的时候， 我跟一个外教老师关系很好，经常会去她家蹭饭。 有一次她跟我说“I’mhaving a period” 当时年少无知的我不知她说的period在这里啥意思，就“uh, um”回应了， 回头一查才知道我她说的是“我现在来例假了”。
相关表达还有：
“I’m on my period” 我现在例假期。

今天主要是跟大家讲外国女孩子很有创意的表达“大姨妈”相关的委婉语。
