据了解，通过整合社会各界资源，大厦已然成为一站式“产业、研学、商务、企服”的一体化垂直生态经济平台。在大厦里办公，体验感如何？自然还是得由入驻企业的“打工人”来说说。白海涛是23楼入驻平台“汽车人·和天下”的相关负责人，今年3月3日，他们正式搬进大厦里，这里是他们在滨江的第一个办公区域。
By integrating social resources, the building has already become a comprehensive vertical ecological platform for one-stop “industry, research and study, business, and enterprise services”. Bai Haitao, a relevant people in charge of the platform “Harmony of Global Vehicle People” located on the 23rd floor, moved into the building with his company on March 3rd of this year, settling their first office area in Binjiang.
“大厦的办公环境很好，风景也很好，视野开阔，可以望望江景，下楼就是地铁口，出行也很方便。”在白海涛看来，优秀的办公环境也让他们有更多发展业务的激情。“34楼的书房也很棒，偶尔去坐坐，喝个咖啡看会书，心情很是放松。”
“The office environment of the building is good, with great scenery and a broad view of the river. The subway entrance is just downstairs, making it very convenient for commuting." In Bai Haitao’s view, the excellent working environment brings them more passion for business. “The study on the 34th floor is also wonderful. A rest there with a coffee and a book can really ease my mind.”

在34楼的另一侧，是浙商数智馆，讲述了浙商发展的历史。展厅“摇身一变”，还可以承办活动。像浙商云帆书房、浙商数智馆，都是全球浙商会客厅的一部分。整个会客厅面积约2400平方米，作为弘扬浙商精神、汇聚浙商资源的场地，还设置了钱潮圆桌会、演播厅、路演厅、会议中心、贵宾会客厅等功能空间。
On the other end of the 34th floor is Zheshang Digital Museum, which tells the history of the development of Zhejiang entrepreneurs and is also capable of hosting related events. Both Zheshang Yunfan Study and Zheshang Digital Museum are part of the Global Zhejiang Entrepreneurs Business Space. As a venue to promote the spirit of Zhejiang entrepreneurs and gather their resources, the Business Space covers an area of about 2,400 square meters and has different functional spaces such as the Qianchao Round Table, a telecast hall, a roadshow hall, a conference center, and a VIP lounge.
去年12月大厦开始全面运营，到如今已有近一年时间。这一年时间里，大厦吸引了不少数字经济企业和科技型企业入驻，也有不少省外优质企业在此设立营销、电商业务的子公司，大厦正以一种蓬勃向上的态势发展。“我们针对企业打造了三个平台，主要针对人才服务、企业出海、政商服务等方面，接下来也期待有更多企业的入驻。”浙商发展大厦相关负责人说道。
The building has been in full operation for nearly a year since December of last year and has developed vigorously, attracting not only digital economy enterprises and technology-based enterprises to settle in, but also many high-quality enterprises from outside the province to establish subsidiaries for marketing and e-commerce operations. “We have built three platforms to serve enterprises, mainly focusing on talent services, enterprise globalization, and government-business services.
